Technician, Install Shop Department
Job Purpose
Our Install Shop Technicians keep our customers up and running! This role contributes to the T.R.S. team by being available to assemble, Install and repair our customer’s tarp systems.
Working Conditions & Schedule
This position is primarily Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
- Coming in early, staying late, or coming in on a weekend may be required in addition to the above set shift/s. Extended shifts and/or additional time will be decided on by the Install Shop Manager and scheduled with respect to any family events/PTO/etcetera.
- Overtime is approved in these cases.

This position works with unique mechanical systems. Most of the position duties are learned on the job, so ability in the following qualifications are essential for success here.

Duties & Respons
- Assemble, repair, and install tarp systems.
- We work with multiple different systems and tools to build and repair our custom tarp systems and products.
- Experience using tools, some electrical, welding, and any mechanical knowledge would be desirable for this position.
- Experience with trucks, tarps, and assembly is also preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Standing, bending, climbing, reaching and walking (continued motion and action) are required most of the time while working in this position.
- You must be able to lift 50 to 75 pounds.
- You will be working at heights up to 8 feet on a scissor lift.
