We specialize in replacement tarps for the PatioMate brand and other store bought screen enclosures. Our replacements are designed to be better and easier to install than the originals. We maintain a large library of patterns for immediate fabrication, including:

Available in lengths ranging from 15 feet 5 inches (8 panels) to 30 feet 9 inches (14 panels).

50 Inch Panel Series

Available in lengths from 17 feet 1 inch (8 panels) to 34 feet 1 inch (12 panels).

Professional custom fitted covers are manufactured from heavy duty vinyl or specialized outdoor fabrics that are built to last for years. Can I add onto my existing screen enclosure if I increase the size of my deck?

Yes. As a custom tarps manufacturer, we have the capability to add sections to your old tops or modify existing patterns to match your new structure dimensions. This allows you to expand your outdoor space without needing to replace your entire shade system.

How do I clean and maintain my custom vinyl cover?

To maximize the life of your durable tarps / heavy-duty tarps, clean them with a mild soap and water solution and a soft brush. Avoid harsh chemicals or pressure washers, which can damage the UV protective coating on the vinyl.

What measurements do I need to provide for a custom cover?

For most equipment, we require the length, width, and height. For complex structures like shade tops, we also request photos of the existing frame so we can determine the best fastening points. Accurate measurements are the key to ensuring waterproof tarps / weather-resistant tarps perform as intended without sagging.
