Precision Space Management: Industrial Curtain and Track Systems
Professional Solutions for Workplace Optimization
Effective space management in an industrial environment requires more than just a barrier; it requires a system that is functional, durable, and easy to operate. At T.R.S., we specialize in custom-built industrial curtain and track systems designed to help organize your workspace by creating specific zones that roll back when not in use. Whether you are enclosing a power wash station, protecting sensitive machinery from airborne particles, or looking to help reduce heating and cooling losses, our systems provide a fast and cost-effective way to optimize your facility.

Options and Styles
Suspension Techniques and Styles
Before ordering, it is critical to determine the precise area to be enclosed and the height of the curtains required. We offer six distinct suspension techniques to fit any facility architecture:
Ceiling Mount Systems
Attaches directly to the ceiling or any flat horizontal surface immediately above the curtain.
Wall Mount Systems
Attaches to walls or vertical surfaces and can be used in conjunction with other mounting techniques.
Threaded Rod Systems
Ideal for areas with no easily accessible structures near the track; the rod attaches to the ceiling significantly above the track system.
Beam Flange Systems
Permits attachment to roof truss sections, beams, and channels using edge clamps and set screws.
Floor Column (Free Standing)
Allows for the erection of screens in any area using base and tube assemblies.
Beam or Chain Support Mount
Attaches to beams or members immediately above the curtain level, accommodating both round and right-angle corners.

How much extra material should I order for my curtains?
When measuring the width of your curtains, it is standard industry practice to add 10% to the total width to allow for proper draping and to ensure a complete seal when the curtain is closed.
What is the recommended support spacing for the track?
For most industrial applications, we recommend using at least one support connector for every 5 feet of ROLL TRAC to maintain structural integrity and prevent sagging under the weight of the curtain. If you're unsure what your setup requires, our staff can review your application, recommend the proper track system, and ensure all necessary components are included to make installation as simple as possible.
Can these systems handle curves or corners?
Yes. Our track systems are highly versatile and can be configured with 24-inch radius curved tracks or right-angle corners to traverse complex floor plans.
How do I know which roller is right for my application?
Nylon rollers are excellent for quiet, smooth operation in standard environments. For heavier curtains or more demanding industrial use, steel ball-bearing rollers provide increased load capacity and long-term durability.
